Lambeth Street Surgery is here to serve the health needs of anyone who lives in Audley and Queens Park area, though patients outside this area are welcome. The Surgery building used to be the East Area Housing Office, but was converted to a GP Surgery in 2006.

There are surgeries Monday – Friday with late surgeries one Monday a month (Based at our Shadsworth Branch). Antenatal Clinic is on Wednesday and Baby Clinic is on Wednesday.

Our Practice Nurses, carry out various health reviews and can advise on asthma, diabetes, heart disease, weight loss and other lifestyle issues. They also do vaccinations and smears.

Our Health Care Assistant is able to carry out new registration checks, blood tests, blood pressure checks and other health care needs.

Our Site Manager is Mary Piper, who has day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running of Lambeth Street Surgery. She will be able to help you with any queries you have about administrative or non-clinical aspects of your care. She will be please to receive any suggestions about how we may improve our services.

Lambeth Street surgery have an experienced reception team who are led by Su-Ann.

Cornerstone Practice also have a wider administration, Secretarial teams who support all Cornerstone surgeries with the day to day non-clinical duties.

New Patients

We accept anyone who lives in our practice area as new patients. You can register by completing a registration form which can be obtained from the practice. When you register, we will ask you to make an appointment to see either the practice nurse or healthcare assistant for a new patient health check. This will make sure that our records are accurate and all routine checks to promote your health and wellbeing (such as blood pressure/smear tests/mammograms) are up-to-date.
