Lambeth Street Surgery
Lambeth Street Surgery is here to serve the health needs of anyone who lives in Audley and Queens Park, though patients outside this area are welcome. The Surgery building used to be the East Area Housing Office, but was converted to a GP Surgery in 2006.
There are surgeries every day with late surgeries on Mondays. Antenatal Clinic is on Wednesday and Baby Clinic is on Thursday.

The nurses are Elizabeth Stredder (who as well as doing Practice Nursing duties will see patients with minor ailments) Yuta Buckley and Joan Hill (HCA).
Our Site and Reception Manager is Mary Piper, who has day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running of Lambeth Street Surgery. She will be able to help you with any queries you have about administrative or non-clinical aspects of your care. She will be please to receive any suggestions about how we may improve our services.
The Other receptionists are Elaine Cunliffe, Gail Barrett, Brenda George, Susan Johnston and Hannah Neal. Sue Roberts one of our Practice Secretaries is also based here.

New Patients
We accept anyone who lives in our practice area as new patients. You can register by completing a registration form which can be obtained from the practice. When you register, we will ask you to make an appointment to see either the practice nurse or healthcare assistant for a new patient health check. This will make sure that our records are accurate and all routine checks to promote your health and wellbeing (such as blood pressure/smear tests/mammograms) are up-to-date.

How to Find Us
Lambeth Street Surgery is on Lambeth Street, just off Audley Range.
From Blackburn Town Centre, head out towards Accrington and Burnley along the A677 and turn right onto Lambeth Street just after the car showrooms on the right. Go up the slight hill and go straight on at the junction onto the continuation of Lambeth Street. We're on the right before you reach Audley Range.
From Accrington, continue along Accrington Road, bear slightly left onto Audley Range at the Toll Bar. Continue along Audley Range for about 0.4 miles and turn right into Lambeth Street: the Surgery will be staring you in the face, on the left.
